Rythm Star Logistics L.L.C is engaged in freight and logistics activities, including road freight, sea freight, air freight, warehousing and distribution, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery, both domestically and internationally. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our website and any preliminary or ongoing commercial engagement facilitated through it.

• All service descriptions, pricing, availability, and commercial terms displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to formal agreement.
• Final commercial terms — including price, cargo volume, handling specifications, delivery schedules, and payment conditions — will be set out in binding written agreements (service orders, handling instructions, or proforma invoices) executed between the parties.
• Rythm Star Logistics L.L.C reserves the right to accept or decline any commercial enquiry or shipment at its sole discretion, including on grounds of regulatory compliance, KYC requirements, or cargo suitability.
• Service availability and handling capacity are subject to change based on port, airport and road conditions, equipment availability, and operational factors without prior notice.

4Commercial Transactions & Payment Terms

The following general principles apply to commercial transactions with Rythm Star Logistics L.L.C. Specific terms will be confirmed in individual written agreements:

• Invoicing & Tax: All transactions are invoiced in compliance with applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and other federal and local tax laws. VAT will be applied where required by law. Clients are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applicable to their shipment.
• Payment Allocation: Payments received will be applied against outstanding invoices in order of ageing. Where a payment is less than the outstanding balance, the amount will be allocated accordingly and the remaining balance will continue to age per agreed payment terms. Where a payment or credit exceeds the outstanding balance, a new invoice or credit note will be raised as appropriate.
• Overdue Balances: Accounts overdue beyond agreed payment terms may be subject to late payment charges, suspension of services, or referral to collections, as permitted under applicable law and the terms of the relevant contract.
• AML & KYC: All commercial counterparties must satisfactorily complete Rythm Star Logistics L.L.C's KYC and AML verification process before any shipment is accepted, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism.
• Bank & Compliance Documentation: Transaction documentation, including invoices, cargo manifests, and shipping records, must meet the standards required by our banking partners and UAE Customs to facilitate payment processing and clearance.
